Room is only rented to students (registration certificate required and bring when viewing room). There are sanitary facilities, and a shared kitchen. The room is fully equipped (bedding and mattress to be provided by yourself or for sale/rent). There is a covered bicycle shed and 100 metres away there is a bus no 10 towards Ghent city centre (every 10 minutes). Extension is negotiable. The house is in a quiet area with lots of shops; greenery and places to eat. There are only 5 residents and the house also has an economical heating boiler; a solar water heater and solar panels.
