Such a procedure can - if the owner does not comply with the rules - ultimately lead to an effective unsuitability or habitability. All residents are then contacted by a social consultant to view the housing options.
The City is doing everything it can to avoid unsuitable or uninhabitable declarations and to have a procedure lead to a certificate of conformity.

Description
The room is located under the roof on the 2nd floor. The room has been completely renovated recently. The consumption is relatively lower compared to the other rooms.
Electricity consumption.
Each room is equipped with 1 individual digital meter for recording the consumption at the sockets and the consumption for lighting. The individual electricity consumption in the room is thus calculated separately PER ROOM. Each student is therefore responsible for their own consumption.
Insulating building measures:
The north facade (= back facade) is insulated on the outside with 3 cm EPS insulation and on the inside by means of additional insulation with 10 cm XPS (total thickness 13 cm).
