All residents are then contacted by a social consultant to view the housing options.
The City is doing everything it can to avoid unsuitable or uninhabitable declarations and to have a procedure lead to a certificate of conformity.

Very nice 16M2 rooms in quite and safe area in gent. Each room has private shower/toilet ! House is next to River Leie , 200m from bus to center and 300m from metro to station.
1km from center Gent only.
300 meters from Bio fac and Odisee : less than 10 minutes from all other campus

Room fully equiped with mattress and beddings towels etc so nothing to bring with yourself. Kitchen has all you will need and there is also washing machiene .
Only for oversees europeen students
The house will accomodate 5 girls only.
Very strong and unlimited Internet.
