Description
THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
The lease has a lease term of the second semester with start date on February till july.
HEATING - SMART THERMOSTATS WITH INDIVIDUAL CONTROL SYSTEM.
The boiler is of the BUDERUS brand with a built-in weekly program.
The room in the student house is equipped with an additional secondary control system by means of a wireless controlled thermostat.
The smart thermostat, which is also managed by the HONEYWELL computer as secondary control, can also be individually set by the student. The computer also receives all adjustments in the opposite direction from the thermostat in the room if the resident has changed the temperature. All signals from the thermostat are sent wirelessly from the HONEYWEL-Computer to the boiler. The boiler is thus controlled completely individually from each room throughout the day.
The hour schedule is set by default to keep gas consumption as low as possible. This standard setting can be adjusted individually by the student at any time of the day.
A counter is placed on each radiator, which registers the consumption for each room separately. This makes it possible to accurately calculate the gas consumption in function of the individual consumption per room.
OUTSIDE WINDOWS.
Quantity: 2 high windows, each with a 1 turn / tilt wing.
The existing glazing is an improved insulating glazing (k = 1.1).
On the glazing is a ventilation grid: (executed in 2017)
FLOOR INSULATION.
The room is located above room 002.
